Well, I was feeling lonely and sad and frustrated and I watched a movie with my dad! (As I said in another thread! /u/ lore token unlocked!!) and he made me feel funny and like I had company and could be a happy part of society one day when we were joking around during the ads and in each others company. Do you have a g/u/rlfriend to spend time with? I wish it was easy to have lotsa friends to cuddle with irl

usually being down just means I forgot to take my meds, but if its persisting I'll take a long shower or bath and do my hair up nice in therapy, i learned that to reduce emotional vulnerability, it helps to: - take care of your physical needs (eat sleep meds etc) - do things that are immediately comfortable/pleasant (bath music nature or whatever calms you down) - do things that are challenging or make progress on a goal - plan ahead for things that might make you sad in the future

those don't stop me from being sad or tired, but when i do them all regularly it's easier to recover from being sad or tired. maybe you haven't done something from one of those categories in a while? even something little helps :)

My park has some really cute ducks and squirrels. I take photos of them when I'm feeling down, then my day gets a lot better.
