^^Ok so she said actually that flossing is more important than brushing because as I understand it the problems are usually after childhood- but do both. I floss at night and I use plastic picks which make it super easy. Like these

To floss just slide it up and down the gap gently pressing against each side and rotating around tooth
| But also brush gently and keep acid out of your mouth, don’t be bulemic and have good nutrition too!
Brushing can be done by putting paste on the brush and putting it at say a 30 degree angle to the tooth and gently moving it with only 2 fingers and your thumb in circles along where your gum meets your teeth. This area is more important than the top of the tooth, though do that too.
