You're only a loser when you stop trying, so are you even sure you're a loser?

>>1045405 if money is a problem, some therapists offer sliding-scale pricing based on your income. some of them go pretty low, i've heard $25/session from a friend. i was in your situation for the past few years, and getting adhd medication and therapy for depression has helped so much. i really recommend a group DBT class if you can find one. good luck c/u/tie!

One day the sun will burn out and the Milky Way will collide with Andromeda, forming a super massive black hole…
Then everyone will be a loser.
Best to enjoy what you got while you got it. Drugs help. ;)

Big kiss for our OP g/u/rl! I’m in a similar place, I can’t say. I’m on ADHD meds now and I think things are a little better, and I have a plan to improve things, but it’s not very realistic and I give up a lot. I’ll have to look into DBT classes! I already have a psychiatrist but he’s just drugs. I’ll look into therapist and classes. I guess I feel like therapists would either look down on me or have nothing new to say. I don’t think my personality or goals are very popular.

>>1045427 if they do one of those two things, they're probably not a very good therapist lol.

>>1045427 I really need to see a psychiatrist now that I have insurance. Used to take ADHD medication illicitly and it helped so much. Once I get off work I’m practically useless, and I have a lot of trouble getting anything done.
