Mbe you could have a system by which biting on the hollow pacifier somehow creates a lack of pressure in the tubes leading to your nipples, thus stimulating them? I doubt the force from compressing such a small chamber would get sufficient. ChatGTP says Venturi pumps and diaphragm pumps could do it, but I think you don’t want to constantly build to high pressure, you want alternations of simulation sufficient for your body not to habituate
