| You should get more daring, I've been feeling better since I've started just exyending my actions into what used to make me feel shame but happy so I'm slowly getting over the shame and just being happier

| I hold a deep sense of shame with everything I do which has made it very difficult to live around others, does anyone else struggle with this?
