Idk if dream interpretations are legit but I feel like they must have some sort of meaning. Lately, I've been having some weird, disturbing and straight up traumatizing dreams. I'm wondering if anyone here is into that and able to interpret dreams. If so I'd like to share my latest one.

From what you said, I suggest that you should seek hip breaking bareback sex therapy, Fortunately I might be able to provide one for you if you interested?

My ex was heavily into it and it was suprising how often you could interpret seemingly random stuff from dreams that correctly mirrored what was going on in our lives.
For instance, before we started dating I had a dream where we were driving a jeep(I was in the passanger seat) trough a desert filled with pine trees and when we looked up my dream in a dream encyclopedia(not some random internet one) I was absoluetly floored at how it interpreted my real life situation.

Ignore the trolls and shitposters btw. They have too much free time on their hands.

But if your dreams are legit disturbing and traumatizing it's unlikely that traditional dream interpretation can be of any help. Dreams like that usually stems from health issues, physical or psychological. For example, low oxygen levels during sleep will often lead to disturbing dreams.

>>1039582 I asked an AI and it told me this:
Increased intensity and vividness: Reduced oxygenation can lead to altered brain wave patterns, making dreams more vivid, intense, or even more disturbing. People with sleep apnea or other breathing disorders may find that their dreams are more memorable or feel more real.
Increased frequency of nightmares: Sleep apnea and other breathing issues have been linked to an increased frequency of nightmares.

This might be due to the disrupted sleep patterns, increased stress, and altered brain chemistry that result from chronic hypoxia.
Changes in dream narrative: Some research suggests that hypoxia can cause changes in dream narrative, making them more surreal, illogical, or containing themes related to stress, anxiety, or fear.

Increased REM sleep duration: Low oxygen levels can prolong REM (rapid eye movement) sleep, the stage when most dreams occur. This means that people with breathing disorders might experience longer periods of vivid dreaming.
Treating underlying conditions like sleep apnea or managing high blood pressure through lifestyle changes or medication can potentially improve sleep quality, reduce the frequency of nightmares, and promote more restful sleep.
