A bit of my own fault. But I don't want to work myself to death. I have quite basic technician education. I won't specify the field, but it's rather basic. It's not a field I want to stick to but I can stick to. I've been looking for job for a while but I've been often rejected either for gender or for lacking drivers license. So I'm currently studying for driving exams. What then? Does job magically materialize or maybe now they'll be rejecting me for the gap in my resume?

Why even is there a "cult" like behavior when it comes to work? Some friend say they already had it hard getting hired with just 2 months gap. I also fell into the paradox of "you need experience to have work. You need work to have experience" It's all rather sad.

Sounds tough, but how do you know they rejected you for your gender?

>>1035227 Yes. They didn't even want my resume because they're looking for a woman to work at the store. This happened twice already.

>>1035258 I don't think stores should be legal because they're mean and take peoples money away. You did the right thing by not being a woman. If you were, you'd be rejecting people just like you for jobs and no one would have a job at all!
I feel the same myself.
You should go to a jobs center with the government where they find you jobs! and the exam is a great idea and talk to people in the field about entry level stuff! but also other field maybe good too.
