Morning anxiety

| Been waking with it all week. Fine most of the day but wake up like this and it fucking sucks.

I wanna get back to normal again any advice?


| I have evening anxiety, can't sleep thinking about shit. I don't know what I did, played games all day until I just accepted my situation.

| That sounds really tough. It would be super cute if you had a friend to call you in the morning and talk as you got ready maybe? Humans are social creatures. I never really fixed mine but I think it’s root is that I don’t look forward to my future.

| Do you have any nice morning routine? Like getting up and then just chilling out, have a cup of something, read a book or play a game, or as >>1032991 suggested, say good morning to somebody.

And make sure you have enough sleep to begin with.


| Ya know, my attempts at a morning routine which didn’t work out when I only was doing stuff to ‘speed me up’ and ‘get going faster’ and ‘get exercise.’ I think I’m going to read for leisure for 30 minutes when I wake up tomorrow instead :3 thanks for your post.

| I think just that you’re trying things and measuring it is really good. So many people have problems they never fix and we g/u/rls don’t let each other do that ever!! What are you trying now? I scheduled 10 minutes to talk to friends every morning, and 30 minutes reading after that, but I over slept the last few mornings. We’re going to find out tomorrow.

| Update still getting it but I feel better longer during the days now so I am hoping it's slowly going away.


| :) I haven’t gotten out of bed with my alarm and stayed up yet, but I’ve been doing better in evenings. I’m going to start planning out my day in mornings a little too. Today I should also be in bed in time to get 8 hours with my me wake up time too.

It makes me feel good to hear that from you <3
