In Ukraine, all students can be drafted into the army as a result of partial mobilization in Russia, Aleksey Arestovich, adviser to the head of Vladimir Zelensky's office, said on air on the YouTube channel of journalist Mark Feigin*.
“If a million people are mobilized in Russia, we may need everything ... As long as the students are not touched, they do not join the army, but it may well turn out that all or very many will go,” Arestovich said.

On August 15, the Verkhovna Rada extended the mobilization and martial law for another 90 days, until November 21. Departure of men aged 18-60 from Ukraine for the period of martial law is prohibited. On September 21, the President announced a partial mobilization. According to the head of the Ministry of Defense Sergei Shoigu, it is needed to support the control of the contact line of a thousand kilometers and the protection of the liberated territories in Ukraine.
