After Pitler canceled the most recent meeting with his generals and retreated to Sochi, the Moscow Times has apparently taken that as the go ahead to start reporting honestly on the state of the war.

Admittedly, it is Dutch owned, but still, the fact that they feel comfortable printing this indicates either backroom permission, or a belief that Pitler's losing the power to silence his critics.
