| In the law systems of civilized countries this policemans behavior would clearly violate the principle of "proportionality" in the shown situation.
It's a sad joke that of all countries the USA are seen as leader of the "free democratic world", while having that massive deficits themselves. I mean it's really not the first time this kind of stuff happens there. And I'm afraid it won't be the last time.
