Interest conflict between the working class and the capitalist class is a real thing. The problem is, unlike the capitalist class, the working class lacks of consciousness about this. That's the whole purpose of pushing identity politics, no matter if its from the left or the right. Their only real difference is that the right wants to defend the status quo of privileged groups and attack stigmatized groups while (most of the popular) the left does the opposite.

No and No.
And people who really understand the issue wouldn't even say that capitalist are inferior or superior people to workers. This it's what the capitalist system says, which is the actual issue.

I find this whole babylon=evil terminology is problematic. It reduces civilization itself to slavery, war and hypocrisy while idealize an uncivilized supposedly "natural" (or supernatural) order, which I doubt being better. I rather prefer a criticism that tries to analyze the contradictions within civilizations in order to solve them. Because not everything is bad about it - not even about Babylon. Civilization without slavery and war is possible.

The idea of punishment as goal of law execution is criminal itself. The primary goal is only the protection of victims and secondary goal the social rehabilitation of crime committers.
Everything else is too easy to exploit as a loophole to create an authoritarian system. Because "law" will never be 100% objective and independent from political interests.
