Biden was misunderstood. He said fire at Russia, not fire Rushia.

>cover Loses their top earning talent Refunds $ 500k of merchandise
>Fubuki, the pillar of support in Hololive The one that begged for Coco to stay when she announced that she was graduating, announces ice-cold that she wishes fans not mention this and continue supporting the other talents
>Her genmates and other Holomembers Continue streaming like normal, with no public support announcements Three years of friendship gone
What the fuck did Rushia share for it to be this bad?

>>836253 At least Haachama claimed Rushia's house in Minecraft lol. Didn't mention her name though.
All we know is that Rushia royally fucked up and breached contract. Anything else is a big juicy rrat. My schizo guess is that she'd been leaking sensitive info for months, and Cover only now had a reason to fully investigate her after the mafumafu incident. I don't think Rushia was being malicious though. She's just a little retarded. And menhera. The yandere gimmick wasn't an act.

>>836255 Yeah I really doubt she was being malicious. Panic must've made her throw her brain out the window and caution to the wind.
I'd say it's related to her sharing large amounts of information with a drama YouTube channel. My guess is that she wanted the channel to prove her innocence, but instead it blew up royally because her contract terms strictly say that she couldn't do that. The other Holomembers probably received a gag order from Cover, so that this storm could pass.

I must be getting old. I have absolutely no idea what any of this means. This is is. This is the day I got old.
Basically, a pretty big star in the vtuber industry just got fired for breaching NDA. Just before this she was taking a break because the asshole part of her fanbase was attacking her for a discord notification that popped up during one of her streams, making people think she was dating someone. She ranted to a friend, and that friend made a video about it, revealing NDA secrets she had confided to him.
Now everyone's sad that Rushia is gone.

...and, because this timeline has a weird sense of humor, this all happened on literally the same day Russia invaded Ukraine. So you would see Rushia and Russia in trending at the same time.

>>836567 I still don't understand much of it. What do vtubers even do that requires signing an NDA in the first place?
Post number #836776, ID: ca5c63
|
>>836771 The NDA is there to protect the individual talents' privacy, to make sure fans (malicious or not) don't disturb the security and feelings of safety of the talents.
It may seem like overkill, but for Hololive which is based around Japanese idol culture, they are bound to have fanatics that would put the talents at danger.
In addition, there is precedence of vtubers being sent death threats at their doorstep and retiring out of fear, which is why the NDA becomes important.

This entire thing seems like she royally fucked up and had terrible opsec. Most security breaches can be best explained through negligence rather than maliciousness. She's had numerous close-calls throughout the years—you'd think she'd eventually learn how to internet—you'd think incorrectly.
Really crazy to think that the fans will never get proper closure.
