It's easy to say they're bad and run by The State but the US is the exact same. The NSA is staffed with a ton of hackers that were offered the choice of 20 to life or a new job.
Personally I don't really like the idea of any government directing any kind of hacking groups but I also like that the guys in korea robbed a bunch of cryptobros lol

Every State has some form of cyber warfare division. That's just a necessary part of modern existence and always will be. States need to be able to respond to 'bad actors' in order to fulfill their responsibilities.

The fact that in 2020+, people are still believing the narratives from America is just sad. Literally just sad. This country came out with hundreds of hundreds of documents admiting they did everything from kill civil rights activists, SA leaders, flood the ghetto with crack, and bombed NK so bad they kiled 20% of civillians. Their claims need to be questioned hard
