WASHINGTON — A violent, armed mob of Trump supporters stormed the U.S. Capitol Building Wednesday, entering the House and Senate chambers and forcing legislators and staff to take shelter. The astonishing turn of events came an hour after President Trump exhorted a Washington rally to protest the congressional certification of the Electoral College vote.

Multiple shots were fired and CNN reported that a female protester was killed after being shot in the chest. Capitol Police also reported that several officers had been injured in the clashes. Washington chief of police Peter Newsham said that protesters deployed “chemical irritants on police” as they stormed the U.S. Capitol.

An improvised explosive device was found on the Capitol grounds, NBC News reported, and at least two IED’s were discovered on the 300 and 400 block of Canal St., according to a law enforcement document.

This is what happens when 50% of the voters belive there was fraud and another 50% belives it was the safest election ever, yet the authorities refuse to do a mass investigation on both canditates and all the states and chalk up all the claims as either not relevant enought to entertain an investigation or baseless conspiracy.
These people are acting stupid it was suposed to be a normal protest.

>>728641 Because it's double talk. Quote:
"I know your pain, I know your hurt,” Trump told his supporters. “We had an election that was stolen from us. It was a landslide election and everyone knows it, especially the other side."
"“This was a fraudulent election, but we can’t play into the hands of these people,” Trump added."
He's justifying their behavior and only makes it worse.

These are quotes from his White House video that he relentally did after declining several times.
It was those same claims that inspired a mob of his supporters to travel to Washington to protest in the first place and he's still uttering them.

I also read on imgur that shots has been fired inside the chamber itself but I haven't been able to verify it.

Picture of people pointing weapons at eachother inside the chamber.
They deleted a tweet- supposedly he posted a vid where he literally told people to "go to the capitol to register your discontent" and... well. They did. Lmfao.

“Remember, WE are the Party of Law & Order — respect the Law and our great men and women in Blue,” he wrote, after shocking scenes of broken windows and waving Confederate flags in the Capitol had been playing on television for hours.

I dont thinks trums has fault here because if they actually investigated his claims the people would know the truth and not be so divided, but hey lets just keep deniyng his claims, blocking his lawsuits and telling 50%of the voters that their voices dont matter, Im sure this wont cause any revolt.
Government do be stupid

Apparently the guitarist of metal band Iced Earth was one of the people breaching the building. People turned his info over to the FBI. Maybe he'll write a song about it.

That gopro video of the lady getting shot is the weirdest thing I've ever fuckin seen. Dying in a pool of her own blood, the last thing she sees is selfie sticks and phone flashlights waved in her face. Someone calling out "active shooter" as if there's no reason they could possibly get shot for raiding a federal building. Cops just standing behind the mob and one even points his gun down the barricaded hallway. Wtd

The tech industries smartest move was successfully portraying themselves not as an actual industry. People and their public institutions fell for that. For example many people don't understood that paypal was founded as a bank that wasn't viewed as a bank. This example can applied to many "innovative" tech companies. Also "social media" are nothing but communication services (with the "innovation" to be provider exclusive).

The internet was a virtual room without laws except physical and technological limits. This wasn't only an invitation for political extremists, copy right violaters and pedo-criminals, but also for tax avoiders and monopolists - who now turned out to have become *suprise* the most dominant power in the internet. As they would be in the real world, if there weren't so annoying things like taxes, antitrust law as consumer- and employee rights.

The people who intrudes into the congress are nothing but puppets of a much more ugly representation of the actual capitalist system people in the USA are used to see. And they are irredeemably misguided by believing to be an opposition to something they see as "the system" which is nothing but a weird conglomeration of dumb conspiracy theories.
