National Assembly in cuba proclaims new constitution

- many institutional modifications for leading posts
- fight against climate change
- a five-year term limit for the president and municipal council delegates
- enhancement of marriage as "one form of family organization"
- Banning discrimination based on gender, race, ethnic origin, sexual orientation, gender identity or disability (legalization of same-sex marriage)
- restoration of innocence presumption in front of law

Cuba is one of the most developed countries in the region. At least one country that was not fucked up totally by the USA. They did pretty well so far, regarding the economical sanctions they are suffering from.
