Well, where weapons can be legally obtained by common people there are good chances to obtain them illegally. Because everyone knows someone, who knows someone, who knows how to get access to daddys weapon shelf. Im glad in my country firearms are only allowed for police, military and huntsman/foresters. It's much harder to get a weapon here, which is good for everyones sake.
