How do you confirm they are unbiased? What if they are biased but tell you that they aren't? What if they are not aware of their bias? What if they were unbiased but then started to become biased?

How do you even define radical views? A person living in the Nazi Germany saying "the whole system is a mess and needs to be teared apart" sounds pretty radical to me. Do you want to silence votes like this as well? How do you validate that your country is not insane enough that radical views are the only option left?

All of society should have to write an argumentative essay about the candidate they want to vote for highlighting the flaws and strengths of each party and have it reviewed by an unbiased independent curated board of individuals before a vote is counted. Individuals of this council must not express radical views or hate, only facts and logic will be used.
