They distribute and hide their wealth in huge networks consisting of several microstates a.k.a. tax oases, various "philanthropic" foundations, sports and art. So they cant say to the countries they are registered in "I'm sooooo poooor, I'm totally not able to pay taxes"

Regular rich people tend to use bank accounts or tax oasis if they want to hide their wealth but it can be very hard to actually get that money out if the sum is large enough because they're scamming you.

While you're not wrong it's important to understand that real estate doesn't produce actual value that goes beyond pure speculation. And "stock" is pretty diverse, it can be pretty much be everything and serve entirely different purposes than just parking/hiding money and pure speculation. Sports, Arts and Foundations are important because of their legal status, especially regarding taxation and regulations.

Those people are mostly known and some even stand in the public spotlight. Nevertheless there is a significant amount of hidden wealth beside stock market and real estate. I would call it "legalized organized crime".

The thing is that only few people understand marxism. Most don't even understand capitalism in the first place. They think everything is about ideals or morale and FREEEEDOM. They're stuck in backwarded archaic, feudal and tribalist thought-loops. If a significant ammount of people would understand capitalism and/or marxism, we already would have a revolution.

Also "marxism" isn't an universal tool to answer every single question that comes up in a society. It is an analysis and criticism on capitalism in the first place. Those questions don't dissolve themselves just by overthrowing capitalism. The issue with capitalism is, that a small privileged group of people is in charge and decides what is wrong or not as it suits their interest exclusively and sometimes pretty random.

| Let's say there is a country where one can get death penalty for murder. Wouldn't it be inconsistent to make enforcement depend on who was the murderer and the victim?
E.g.
A) a policeman murders a (black) person (maybe a small pickpocket or drug dealer), he gets away with 1-3 years jail in probation while certain people even excuse his murder as "official duty".
B) a civilist murders a (white) multi-millionaire, who made his fortune at cost of hundred thousands of people.
