| I honestly prefer working with immigrants, because they have better work morale than locals. Many locals always complain and tell you in hours long monologues why things can't be done (because evil woke leftists lurking in every corner) instead of actually doing something productive/solving problems. Where I live most necessary work is done by immigrants, while most locals usually do "management", "coordination" and "bureaucracy" (and they suck at it).
