| I think all jails should have cameras on all the time everywhere which store footage for at least a week for the death on custody ones. I watched the video of the black crowd beating on the Texas black trans lady (found it from daily mail.) the pdf doesn’t mention that supposedly she did a hit and run first which gave the excuse for a beating and just said ‘after a minor traffic accident.’ It also said less than 84% of departments report hate crimes which I don’t think is terrible.
| I was hoping for some cool ones where the pdf authors found the neck broken in the wrong places and such and tracked down the people who did it. It seemed like most of them were suspicious but not proven to have a certain perpetuator or cover up. Very sad situation.
