How can Rus block internet from outside?
| Hug. It should be really easy for them to emigrate to a nice state so no one is bothered but we know they’re ok. I think like maybe Saint Petersburg could be made into a Hong Kong like state or something maybe, or Ukraine or Belarus could like promise to be liberal and accept Russians and make it really accepting and nice for them so long as they aren’t authoritarian.

So many of my favorite people are of Russian ethnicity. I think ethnic states are kinda bad. I know minorities will get fucked with, but surely like in China they could just make the uigers marry into the Han. They shouldn’t have only have super hard to get into USA and ‘other ethnicities countries’ as options
| I think it would be really nice if Ukraine stopped talking about Ukrainian language or culture and changed the language to English and billed itself as a liberal civilized place for all eastern euros at least. If they enforced love of countrymen and ensured high replacement birth rates for civilized and good countrymen, I don’t think any real right winger could object. If they are or aren’t ethnically Russian i don’t care-it should be about a culture you want, not the one you have.

| Russia wants outside business I don’t think they’ll block email. If worse comes to worst maybe you can send a letter if you have their address, or you could use telegram or something like that. Chinese people talk on GitHub because that’s another thing they won’t really block

I think I’m gonna start with trying to get my friends to join a really little government and we can like pay for a percentage of each others’ health care and provide each other protection and then maybe we can scale up…. I’m not sure yet. Can we call it a home owners association if none of us own homes? I heard those are badass. Russia g/u/rls have tried before- I think the boy in the movie Union of salvation was very nice looking.

No idea, my friend is Russian citizen, he told me so that there was announcement about internet-block testing.
Maybe not started yet. idk. gladly, at least steam seems to be ok by now. Hope it wouldn't come to the worst case

| Ru gov gonna in December try to test blocking all internet connection from outside. What effect that gonna bring? I dislike this, makes me feel anxious n panic. There no hope in future? I got friends in tus but I may not be able to know if they ok or not. earlier they already banned discord also. Dammit
