Being able to change your body to a point where you become a different genre is pretty cyberpunk. Now all we need is robotic dicks

Rights are not cyberpunk, being protected by the government makes you go to the wrong side of sci-fi, to be cyberpunk is to be part of a marginalized culture cast away by society in a world of super high tech Trans rights are NOT cyberpunk, but robotic dicks are most definitely cyberpunk Actually, let me rephrase that in a better way: Having actual rights(real actually enforced ones) is not really cyberpunk

In a cyberpunk future, you have no rights other than what a corporate backed government allows you to have, and if that corporate backed government decides trans people don't have rights, then you don't have rights.
What is cyberpunk is finding ways to transition despite it being illegal.
