[For any reason] Mine//the one that stands out for me a lot or comes to mind quickly is the scene where Lain is rushing home and there are sniper sights following her. The art in that scene really suits it and is super surreal. Sometimes it can be a little tough to tell what the shots are of, and I loved that about it! Very strange and pleasant to look at or think about.

Personally, first scene with Chisa suicide. It shook me so much, I watched whole SEL in nearly one sitting.

the scenes in the classroom in the first few episodes: lain drawing spirals on her paper, steam rising from her fingers, the chalkboard becoming a message. their surreality is a great opening for the show.
