I played both games, as I remembered it, both were translated. Maybe it was Machine Translated, I can't recall. I recommend try finding it in f95zone or hgg2d thread in 4chan. If you can't find it, then it's totally fine to skip to the 2nd game. It has more content as far as I can remember.

I don't expect it to be fan translated anytime soon. Since the 2nd game is translated and anyone can play the 2nd game.
You can wait for steam publisher like kagura or otaku plan decide to publish the game on steam and do a proper english translation.
Then again, people suspect they also use machine translation. Also, leane has a lot of words, probably they'll discouraged to pick it up.
