I think we need to clear up "fetish"
| A fetish is simply something you find particularly arousing. It's up to you to decide if you want to seek it out in either porn or intercourse.
Though to be fair, anything that you would consider immoral rather than just kinky, probably find a healthier outlet for it aye

Yeah. It's just something you find arousing, but you don't need it in order to get aroused. Example: people with a fetish for bondage get more excitement from having their partner tied up/being tied up during sex, but they can still enjoy sex without it.

Or maybe it's always both but most of the time it's either improbable or immoral?
