| I'm pretty sure I used something called H-droid in the past for a bit that worked fine. It was basically just a viewer for the main hentai manga sites with an added download button for whatever you wanted. Can't seem to find it now, but while looking this popped up which might be the thing for you:

| I vouch for TachiyomiEH. Even the normal Tachiyomi lets you simply install extensions for most adult sites. Used both for 2 years now
