| Nice try, fedboy.

| Interesting subject you've picked! Hope my answers help. Good luck, g/u/rl!

| >anime
>international relation

No more than ice breaker like "ah, I know japan and it's anime"
Other than that, nah, Most weebs here are constantly being the butt of the joke. They are seen even lower than kpop fans or tech nerds.

| done, good luck g/u/rl!

| >>962464 that's simply not true.
You have no idea how big and important anime is for South America (and probably other parts of the world), specially for the younger generations that will be the working, ruling people of tomorrow.

| Speaking as an international relations graduate, this is a solid thesis project. Good luck op.

I filled the survey, but I think you really should take into account where the survey filler is from. Like, American perspective of Japan (pop culture-wise or even politically) is probably wildly skewed compared to, say, someone from Southeast Asia.

| i love sex

| >>962613 that generation will be the working people yes, but not the ruling. The people in power are always old farts, it will take several generations before there is a chance that an animehead has a position of power.

| >>962613 from SEA country here, anime is really big and generally liked. Weeb event will always get a crowd even if held in dead malls.

Yet the country is getting more and more conservative. Someone can have an anime facebook profile pic, watch anime regularly and then go make a rant about nationalism and religious stuff.
