Which company will hire me for this kind of portofolio
| Brutal honesty: none of them. There is clearly potential here, but lack of fundamental skills is holding you back(anatomy, perspective, ect.) and they way you're adding color to your drawings makes them look a lot worse. This looks like a collection of sketches, not finished drawings for presentation. Your drawings could really benefit from more refined linework; take your time and don't rush.
Additional PROTIP: don't schizo post on a site you show ADs.

But if you want to be hired, you're gonna have to show you can work in other styles, not just your own. Also, you should think what you want to specialize in (full illustration vs concept art vs animation vs who knows what else), and then post pieces that fit those. These just look like sketches.
And don't mix your portfolio with your schizoposting!

I didn't say anything about my own life. You want actual advice; ADs want to see refined, polished, high level work that shows you have a solid grasp on fundamental skills in your portfolio. Understand that art is a HIGHLY competitive field, and they also want to see that you are a person who will be easy to get along with, who can take criticism well and make changes as needed.

As to how to apply for jobs; most companies have jobs listings or submission guidelines on their website, depending on what you're trying to get into. Japanese companies won't even look at you if you can't pass JLPT N1, maybe N2.
