Excluding Demon slayer which i wasn't much interestied in. Anime that takes place in Feudal Japan is almost rare now. Mostly now is European's medieval age or High School with fantasy or slice of life.

Don’t wanna be that guy… but feudal era: 1185-1603. Demon slayer takes place in Taisho Era: 1912 – 1926. That being said I recommend: samurai champloo if you haven’t seen it yet.

Hyouge Mono is half about Oda's rule, and half of Japanese AESTHETICS.
Mononoke (not the Ghibli movie) is a horror mystery with an unique artstyle. Note that the "first" episodes are actually part of another horror anthology, Ayakashi: Samurai Horror Tales.
And it's actually just before the Feudal Japan era, but the events that Heike Monogatari is about are interesting.
