Does anyone know what elfs are?
| Elf hate isn't a crime if you're a dwarf
| Im my stories elfs are just faries that evolved to be more human like, they even have vestigial wings that are more pronounced in high elves, they love the forest and all like most elfs do, there are also tiny elves like the ones santa has, goblins are closely related to them.
Orcs are just pigs that had undergone magical mutation, but they arent really evil, just willing to eat almost anything at all costs.

Tolkien elves are pretty alright in my book(actually Tolkiens book but you get my drift)
| if you take a look at the mythological elves, the Daoine Sidhe and the Tuatha DeDannan then yeah, i'd say they're basically humans that just happen to have a lot of magical power, longer lifespan, and strange allergies (iron).

Both are also a large part of Irish folklore/Gaelic religions.
| Orcs are a creation of J.R. Tolkien/The Lord of the Rings, but in the lore, they were also basically elves- albeit elves who spent so many years being tortured alive and treated like garbage, that the entire race became evil and ugly, so to speak.

| Orc breeding stock aside, aren't elfs just better humans? At best they've been portraid as full on green thumb fascists but most of the time they look like humans if humans have the trchnology AND retained their connection to nature.
