maybe also Ergo Proxy and Paranoia Agent. Both are episodic and semi-mindfucky with a slower burn to the overall story. Ergo Proxy is more actiony at times and very post apocalyptic cyberpunk with lots of philosophy sprinkled in. Paranoia Agent is just a masterwork in its own right.
