>>739385 I started with 3 reps of ten but I'm doing a good 10 reps daily now and my thighs are...muscular. Like in a good way. I was always kinda wary of exercisibg cos i dont want to be vascular and stuff but i liiike this. I can feel muscles I didnt even know existed becoming firm.
