| Found using buyee.jp, using the search term "フルスペック". Buyee is a site that allows you to buy from Yahoo Japan auctions. Those books are most likely used, and most likely in Japanese, however if you have your friend looking for manga in Osaka, I'm assuming you can read Japanese. Just beware that shipping those books from Japan, even with Buyee's package consolidation service, is going to cost a furracking arm and a leg.
