Remember the september 11 attack on the trade towers in america? It was referred to as 9/11.
A similiar terrorist attack happened july 11 where a young asian girl hijacked an oniisan and crashed him into a convenience store. Japan was never the same.

7/11 aren't as common as you think. For example, they're all over new York City, but head upstate and they're suddenly several counties apart

May have to do with county restrictions. Some states limit or outright ban certain chains to provide a more competitive economy. Its why you usually dont see walmarts shitting up nice towns, which generally try to support mom & pop stores or other local businesses
