Until two days ago it was in the bottom right, and for some time before that it was in the top right. When it was in the top right people complained about hitting it when trying to switch boards, when it was in the bottom right people kept hitting it when they went to go hit the submit button.
I've considered making it like 10% or 25% visible but never done it
