Try out libre office, it's free btw

If you need Micro$oft office you'll need to use wine or bottles or something to run it, it's a compatibility layer that lets Linux run windows programs there should be guides online

Actually onedrive might work on libreoffice but it depends on the way your distro has packaged it

you can find you package manager if you look for a program called "install software" (or a similar name, translated into the language on your computer).
