So news of this as well as other shady practices with the os locking you out of installing Linux, messing with the harddrive and I would not be surprised if they turn windows into a LiVe SeRvIcE since there where hints years ago microshit wanted to do that.

True that, each time I boot windows, it afterwards defaults windows for the boot instead of grub that is used to select the desired boot even thou I disabled secure boot and fast boot

Windows updates tend to a. change the boot order of my drives to put windows first and b. enable secure boot, almost every time. i wish i didn't need windows to run a few games that i play to keep in touch with my friends

I'm curious what games you have issues with it's not that surprising that old games might have issues since it seems like wine dev time is mostly focusing on new games or moving to the windows pe format these days
