Randomly I would hear the Minecraft water splash noise on my computer, no clue why. It’s been bothering me because it’s such an odd random thing, think this has been happening since playing RLCraft a month ago. Any ideas why??

Would updating everything to its newest version stop this? I had no idea an exploit existed then so I will be doing that now, but what else do I need to do?

>>853325 the noise is made even when the apps not even running (Minecraft, or forge) (could it be Java idk I’m shit at tech) it’s the same water dunk noise. If it is the log exploit would updating all the faulty things fix my issue?? Genuinely asking, also you really did scare me lolol still terrified.

Step 1: run the windows mediacreationtool for your version of windows. Google it. Step 2: Click the agree button and then "Upgrade this PC now" If it doesn't have that option, lol you have some sort of separate malware. You should back up your files and use those nirsoft tools to extract all your serial keys, before reinstalling windows with a DVD or USB made with mediacreationtool Step 3: If that doesn't work, unplug your modem/router for 5 minutes This gives you a new IP address

I have actually gotten router malware before, so you might want to update the $70 router and $100 modem that you totally own and don't rent for $15 a month extra on your bill. The modem should update automatically through your ISP, but the router needs manual updates. Might I suggest ddwrt instead of the backdoored insecure poor excuse of a consumer product of your current firmware? Look up "ddwrt firmware faq" for a good starting point.
