>>745541 >Trinity desktop Good for nostalgia points >Windows installer This is full sicko mode. Why would anyone want to do that?
I use Xubuntu on my desktop and Arch Linux on my laptop. But I have set it up with the same XFCE theme as Xubuntu so it looks basically the same.

>>745760 Q4OS offers 32-Bit support and the trinity desktop offers the superior experience of an KDE desktop with low-end hardware (especially graphics). Regarding the "Windows Installer": I think (optional!) GUI tools like this are a great help for people to have an easier exit from the proprietary monopolist by having an easier entry to free (as in freedom) alternatives.

My currently preferred distro is KDE-neon. It offers the freshest KDE-Software based on a solid Ubuntu-LTS. Nevertheless, if I had to start from scratch entering the GNU/Linux-World I would use Arch (and strongly recommend it for everyone who wants to become an admin or developer). But I'm too much used to the debianoid world, which isn't that bad that I feel the need to leave it.

Void is a good alternative to Arch, and in my experience more stable.
