Just curious to see how or of anybody out there has used one and what they made with it. I'm using mine as a retro machine to run old-school games from atari 2600 up to the PSX and N64

I have one set up as a CUPS server with an old USB printer attached. Actually works pretty well.
I also have a Pi Zero, acting as my local Quassel core for IRC.
Probably should set up my other Zero as a Pi Hole for house-wide ad blocking.

Had my Pi 3 as a wireless Post-it note.
I was never the creative type.

Created a check-in service for visitors. They touch the person they are there to see and the person receives a text to come get their visitor. Very effective so far

I have a Pi 3 where I test software I ported to aarch64. Using it as a retro gaming machine is probably cool, though I'd rather use a machine that can also emulate gamecube games.
Funnily enough Arch linux was the easiest to set up (I wanted a completely 64 bit system, including kernel).
