| I want to make a chatbot that uses pixle art as a face and its moth moves when it types back, like its talking, in a vall-halla style. So basically having a gui that can run gifs or many pictures as if it was a gif. I have no ideal what to use. Tkinter?, arcade? PyGame? Any help would be appreciated
