i dont need the speed of 5g. i just want to connect less crowded signal for better latency. is there a chance to connect 5g wifi with 2.5g card. are there any examples of it?

Your wifi card has a receiving circuit that is tuned to 2.4GHz. 5GHz signals are most likely cut by the filters inside, and even if they were recoverable, they wouldn't be demodulated anyways.
you might want to set your access point to another channel, which could work...
