While it's not the best, you can always use 'vimtutor' to exercise bindings and whatnot. Online resources can be helpful as well.

Just keep using it, you'll figure stuff out as you go.
In about a month you should be pretty comf with it, oh also set it up to show line numbers by default.

I made a summary with the most important keybindings and printed it on a piece of paper which i pinned above my screen (next to the others^^)
