Editor thread
| My everyday editor is MicroEMACS (the torvalds fork with utf8 support). It's pretty responsive, i genuinely like the emacs command set and i favor some differences of uemacs to FSF emacs, inherited from lisp-machine and og EMACS. In addition i have FSF emacs open on a desktop for slime and gnus. Tried getting XEmacs to work, since i prefer its philosophy, but the difficulties in compiling it on recent systems and the rather primitive ilisp-mode ended up being dealbreakers.
