Anyone can upload whatever they want. It'll be hosted in the Bahamas in a place where copyright laws are practically non existent. I will however be actively scrubbing it from rightoid attempts at disruption (this includes CP).

I’m going to make a rival right wing one in a right wing country like Venezuela to your Bahamas and we’ll become enemies with huge tension til during a late night negotiation, both trying to buy out the other using sneaky business tricks it turns into unbridled passion right there on the cool table as the rain patters down outside, in a moment which seems to stretch into infinity

The best thing would be an actual, tor-like decentralized cloud, where everyone can provide an encrypted storage node from everywhere. The two biggest challenges would be to make it somehow reliable/stable while making sure uploaded and stored illegal files can't be traced back to those nodes. And ofc. such a system can't be protected being used for actual bad stuff... It would also be neccesary to have upload quotas. Providing nodes could give some kind of ticket to increase it...
