I just had a highschool flashback of watching this fan music video movie edit to this really old i belive french or Norwegian movie about some blonde kid at a camp. It was a really slow song sorta dream pop before dream pop from like 4 years ago, any leads will be rewarded. (With conscience karma)
Some distinctions of the movie are that the kid has a really goofy blonde bowl cut, they swim, they walk on train tracks, and i they make out on a boat and touch eachothers bellybuttons.
