You can hate on cyberpunk 2077 all you want, but their Night.FM station has a great tracklist. This site has more music in that style.
| if you want cyberpunk that isn't neon 80's synthwave check out Ed Harrison/0edit. he did the soundtrack for Neotokyo and Deus Ex: Breach but he also has some separate albums not tied to any games
