Title says it all. I really don't know what to call this genre, it's like breakcore but not really. Industrial pop? Corrupted upbeat techno? Stuff like the Gemini and Wlfgrl albums. Here's some artists I can think of that sort of fit the bill

wlfgrl is definitely called "rave" or "drum n bass." I don't think there's really a common more specific term than breakcore for something more like Jacksonifyer.
The only artist I know that is in this specific intersection is Sweet Trip.
