Your Favorite Japanese Band/Song

| Just wanna find some cool music to listen to while I do stuff! Suggest some songs below~

| Kinoko teikoku

| >>02d203 Ah thanks! I'll check'em out!

| Stereopony. My favorite song of theirs is hitohira no hanabira

| >>3fff36 Hm! I'm pretty sure I've listened to that song before! I'll have to listen to some of their other songs!

| Egoist is another good band, so is Garnidelia

| Yousei Teikoku and Ali Project for some symphonic metal, and maybe sometimes a bit of techno
Otsuka Ai for classic jpop
>>278932 Stereopony is also good

| Wednesday Campanella is pretty good

| hitorie (ヒトリエ) is pretty good. The vocalist used to be a vocaloid producer (wowaka)

| >>8e9815
I can attest to though, would reccommed.

| DenKare (origin of yousei teikoku). Symphonic metal, grind, metalcore and most of music were made for guro, eroge and porns

True YT in my opinion. Also Aoba Ringo, SiM, coldrain and falilv.

| My favorite band was already said, so I'll recommend Abemao - Deadline

| ling tosite sigure

| Aimer, nowisee, AKFG

| The pillows

| Bloody panda

| wacci

| It's definitely BABYMETAL. There are a lot of good ones, but those are the ones I listen to the most.

| Sayuri is my favorite. Love her voice and songs. She's not a band if that's okay though.

| Blue Hearts

| Band maid (metal)

| >>281811
Band maid ain't metal

| >>280446
My man

| Ladybaby is kinda nice too. Weird shit but somehow epic. Kawaii shit mixed with melodeath. >>7d0dc8

| Anyone here have heard of indie math rock guy Eve? He's good.

| Mouse on the keys: 2 pianos + drums = hard jazz

| >>281837 Well, it ain't opera either

| Here's my list:

Gesu no kiwami otome
frederic
kana-boon
indigo la end
asian kung-fu generation
unison square garden
radwimps
wednesday campanella
polkadot stingray
ogre you asshole
oral cigarettes
hello sleepwalkers
t.m.revolution
keytalk
creep hyp
unchain
Bradio
Shiggy Jr.
Passepied
Man with a mission

I think that's most of them

| Has to be The Real Folk Blues (the ending song for Cowboy Bebop) for me, though Goodbye by Toe is a really nice one too.

| >>283789
Also tricot

| >>283789
And back number

| FreeTEMPO is a really good solo jazz artist. "Prelude" and "Sky High" are great songs.

| Babymetal, Aimer, nano, MY FIRST STORY, RADWIMPS, Fhàna

| Foreground Eclipse

| >>282282 he's the one who sang dramaturgy and outsider right? i love those MVs so much, and the songs are pretty great

| One Ok Rock before ambitions

| >>285466 >>285413 Good taste
Haven't seen them mentioned so:
Imperial Circus Dead Decadence
The GazettE
Hanatan / Kikuohana
The Oral Cigarettes
And let me add this song:
【鎖那】ヤキモチの答え

| The pillows for sure

| Vickeblanka

| Try JYOCHO

| Midori

| Galileo galilei

| Especia. They made city pop stuff. So if you like music that literally came from the 80s-early 90s, you'll love them.

They've also disbanded now, but one of their members have gone solo and is still producing city pop stuff. Her name is Wakita Monari.

| Lots of good bands, but I can't believe no one's mentioned Number Girl or Mass of the Fermenting Dregs smh

| Ellegarden

| Coaltar of the Deepers

| Boris

| Brilliant Green, There Will be Love Ai no Aru Basho for their Japanese song, but Always and Always for their English song

| envy

| Favorite band is Denkare. They're basically a better version of babymetal (not counting the older albums). Favorite song is, well, there's too many but I'd say WHITEFISTS - The Different.

| M's and Aqours if that counts and BABYMETAL totally

| Frederic makes some nice songs if you're into upbeat stuff, it's like a cross between jpop and j-indie. My personal fav is Onlywonder

| Numbergirl. As far as I know their music isn't in any anime so... I discovered them by accident too. Love their stuff.

| Janne da Arc. Acid Black Cherry frontman's old band, very eclectic style. My favorite by them is Mebius, but also check out Sakura, Red Zone, and Knife.
